Owners Tim Kirkland, Eric Iacone, and Mike Landers met while working at Martha in Kensington, where Mike is still fermentation director. The stock on Butler Avenue includes kraut, Napa and white kimchi, and beets. Prices range from $7.49-$9.49 for a 15 ounce jar.
