Simple Dry Spice Blend for Ground Protein and A Simple Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients for 1lb of ground meat / meat-based alternative.
For the Spice Rub:
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Yogurt Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS chopped dill
- 1 TBS chopped mint
This dry spice blend works well with lamb but can be used for any ground meat or plant-based meat alternatives.
Directions:
Mix all spices together and blend into the meat. Form meat into tubes and thread onto skewer. Grill.
To make the yogurt sauce, simply mix all the ingredients together. Serve on the side.
