Moroccan Meatballs with Rice

Ingredients:
- One pound of ground lamb
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 egg (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°
Combine ingredients and form meatballs into desired size. Bake until they are browned on the outside and slightly pink in the center, about 20 minutes.
While meatballs are cooking, make rice, seasoning with one teaspoon each of garlic powder, cumin, allspice, and salt and pepper to taste. Blanche or steam broccoli crowns and mixed them into the cooked rice.
Serve the cooked meatballs with warm Naan and tzatziki sauce.
