Food For All — Fresh Food Within Everyone’s Reach
Weavers Way’s discount program makes wholesome food and eco-friendly products more affordable for members in need. Members enrolled in the program receive a discount on their equity and their purchases.
What is Food For All?
- Food For All provides a 15 percent discount on nearly every product in the store.
- Food For All provides for a reduced minimum equity payment of $5 per year.
- Both new and existing Weavers Way members can qualify for Food For All if they currently receive food stamps (SNAP), Medicaid, TANF—Cash Assistance, WIC, SSDI, SSI or Military Disability.
- Food For All discounts are handled discreetly and automatically at the cash register.
The Food For All discount applies to items beyond what SNAP and WIC cover, from prepared foods in the deli to pet food and the high-quality sustainably produced bath and body products available at Weavers Way Co-op.
Food For All participants are encouraged to become working members and receive the 5% working member discount as well, for a total of 20%. For six hours per year per household member, working members receive their household’s discount at the register — and they get the added benefit of being part of the internal workings of their Co-op and contributing to its success.
If you think you might be eligible for Food For All, we urge you to apply.
