The Co-op is rehabilitating a building in Germantown to serve as a full-service grocery store. The store will open in the Spring of 2024. It is located on the corner of Chelten Ave. and Morris St (328 W Chelten). There will be approximately 6000 square feet of retail. There is a small parking lot and access to public transporation. The building once operated as an Acme Market, so it has the bones of a grocery store, including a freight elevator.
